Minutes of the Special January 18 IAAC meeting 

1.  The meeting began at 12:00 noon Members attending were
    Athletic Director Steve Kirkham; Vice Chancellor for Student
    Success Robert Wonnett; Faculty representatives Jackie
    Berning, and Charlie Shub; Academic Coordinator Robert
    King; SAAC representative Janeen Jubic; Student
    Representative Justin Bailey; and UBAC Representative Al
    Schoffstall.  Also in attendance were coaches Mark Misch,
    David Harmer, Scott Peterson and Tanya Gonzalez and student
    athletes Holly Jordan and William Pendarvis.

2.  The committee went into executive session to consider
    eligibility waiver requests by the two student athletes.

3.  The committee reported out of executive session that both
    waivers had been granted without dissent.

4.  Director Kirkham reported the architect selection committee
    had recommended an architect for the event center and that
    Bob Boettner had accepted the fundraiser position.

5.  The committee agreed to have this meeting be a replacement
    for the scheduled February 7 meeting.

6.  The meeting adjourned at 1:00 PM.
