How UCCS Faculty Download Rosters

Preliminaries

  1. assure that your browser will allow pop-up windows. (call the help desk if unsure how to do this)
  2. if you are using a machine that is off campus, assure you have the appropriate Library Resources (Transporter) VPN connection. Computing Services provides links to set these up. Access them by clicking here.
  3. sometimes internet explorer will not properly open the roster spreadsheet, even though you have properly followed the two steps above. a simple workaround for this is to hold down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on the spreadsheet download icon and holding the control key until you have the spreadsheet on your screen.

Log in to ISIS

  1. go to the UCCS home page
  2. click on the "FACULTY&STAFF" tab on the top bar
  3. click on the "Fall 2010 Faculty Portal" icon towards the top of the page
  4. enter your UCCS username and password
  5. click on the "Faculty" tab below the "myUCCS"
  6. click on the "Access Faculty Self Service" button

Select and Download a Class Roster

  1. click faculty center
  2. click my schedule
  3. click icon to the left of the class whose roster you want to download
  4. click the spreadsheet download icon (located on the wide blue tab just above the roster)
  5. a spreadsheet window will open and you will get an error message
  6. the error message explains that the file is in a different format and asks if you really want to open the file
  7. click "yes"
  8. save the spreadsheet
