About Media
Convergence Games and Media Integration (GMI) Program We are thankful for the strong support from the Dean of our College Dr. Haefner, faculty -- especially Drs Dandpani, Augusteijn, Wiener, and our students Richard Doyle, Adrian Johnson, and Suzette Stoutenburg. The GMI degree program has been created to provide a graduate research opportunity similar to the Masters of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) at UCCS. The GMI program adds a portfolio requirement which is expected to help graduating students seek opportunities in the games and media integration (GMI) industries including the animation industry, digital effects in movies, wearable computing, graphics and virtual reality industry and other media convergence applications.
